'Hitman' Trailer Analysis.

This trailer follows the same genre I want to use in my teaser trailer; action. From this trailer I can take away a lot of useful factors that may have an impact on my own piece of work. They are as follows;

- Camera Shots: there is a a lot of cameras obviously used to create a film however, taken from this particular trailer I can see that close ups are used more often. I may therefore choose to add more close ups as they are effective in capturing specific emotions. I also think they are effective in a trailer as they help by not giving too much away to the viewers.

- Sound: The sound or music used in this trailer is very effective. Although it is contrapuntal, it works well with how the director is trying to put across the film. The music is intellectual as is the idea of the whole film therefore music would also be a big aspect in my trailer. The music I use may not be contrapuntal however, by watching this trailer, I will be able to chose what I want easily.

- Text/Dialogue: I have chosen to use very little text in my trailer as used in this trailer. If i was to use too much dialogue between characters too much would be given away and would the defeat the whole object of the trailer being a 'teaser'. I think having text across the screen to introduce the trailer is effective as is sets the tone of the trailer. For example the text in this trailer is silver however very grim. By having this, it helps the audience get a better understanding of the film.
